  Service was outstanding, good drink list. I had the Cajun ribeye that was perfectly cooked and we also had prosciutto wrapped mozzarella. Finally the desert options were too much so we will need to return. Love this is a Landry's location

  Never going back and never recommending! That placed ruined our evening on Vday and delayed work for my.husband!! Absolutely intolerable and I still went home hungry! All 8 of us! It was so bad that I am going out of my way to make sure everyone in that company holding positions of power hears our horrible experience! The oysters were tasty but unfortunately that's all I enjoyed. Why you ask? Let's see... we sat at 8....And didn't get food til 10pm and still, Horrible food service!! The waiter was polite but looked stressed, messed up everyone's orders even at the end when I had to send my plate back because my shrimp was rubber he still messed our check up and didn't get out for another half hour!! Ridiculous! All the while the sloppy looking manager standing in the main dining area, arms crossed, watching the guests ....Really?? Why aren't you helping your struggling waiters?? Or correcting and discounting bills for your still hungry and upset customers. Or helping quality check plates before they go out or checking tickets in the kitchen and helping?! For the price of mediocre entres, the food should have come out in 45 minutes!! Let's be honest!! The excuse was the same ..."it's our busiest time of the year" that's a load of crap to me when the couple's behind us rotated for 2 hours ...While we still waited for entrees!!! Every year we try a high end restaurant that everyone boasts about and we have bigger size parties and we have never waited 30 minutes just for water! I mean come on? The level of service was dispicable! My husband had to work that night as well ..We reserved our table for a.decent time to allow 3 hours in between just in case ...He lost sleep and I went home and drank a meal replacement shake because I had to send my plate back and didn't have time to wait for it to.be cooked another 2 hours!! And do you believe when I got up and left the manager was still standing in the main dining area with his arms crossed doing NoTHING!!! While his waiter struggled to remember everyone's orders so he can cut correct checks which took 45 minutes...And my food I sent back was still on there...Yes the rubber shrimp and rubber crab cakes that were supposed to be the baked ocean prime platter, it looked like a rubber display and tasted like one !!! Really ?? Seafood?? You know what kind of lawsuit you will have if anyone of us gets sick?! Absolutely horrible. Morton's corporate office will be hearing from me. You pissed off the wrong customer !!

  When it's a slow night they do well, they get even slightly busy and this place is a disaster. A table of 6; 4 of the orders cooked or sized incorrectly. They told me they didn't have enough glasses or colder drinks because they we "too busy". We waited 3 hours for our food and we're told that we were a second priority behind another table. After all the wait and screw ups the manager didn't even come see us. Very, very dissapointed. A disgrace to the Morton brand.
