  Worst service served today.. Our trip to coldstone got ruined because of Carla. We even told her to mix our ice cream properly but I guess she had some other important work. We had to get 6 cups of ice cream but ended up getting 1 only!! Worst service ever!!!! Carla clearly said "thats how its made" well it wasnt even mixed properly!! Kindly teach Carla how to work & serve OR get ready to lose your customers especially those who have been getting the same icecream for the last 6-7 years!

  Cold Stone has quality ice cream. They do, but I feel like other reviewers are using that as their sole criterion for reviews when service and cleanliness matter. When my girlfriend and I arrived here it was so dimly lit that I thought the employees were planning on mugging us. And the freezer had dripped water all along the floor and had formed into a sizable puddle no one had bothered to mop. As for the service half of my complaints, when my girl was given her cup it was like a fat woman squeezing into a small fitted dress, the employee had given her enough to fill a medium and put it in a small cup. It was already melting and falling off the sides. My cup, also a small was conversely half filled, her excuse being "We are out of whipped cream." A. Why is an ice cream shop out of whipped cream and B. Were you planning on using the whipped cream to hide the fact that you were ripping me off? Yeah 1 star don't come here.

  BEST COLD STONE in orlando f!!!! It has very quick service the employees are very very poilte. I would have to say hands dpwn this is the best cold stone i recommed it to everyone! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆!!!! :D im very pleased with the service.

  I especially enjoyed ur member john reyes when he was serving my ice cream he was very polite looked happy and i had many changes and he jus took it did not at all get frustrated and helped me and my family with joy
