  My wife and I went here for Valentine's Day and couldn't have picked a nicer spot ! Located in the Lowe's Portofino Hotel (which is part of Universal), it's very nice, somewhat elegant, but far from stuffy. While you can show up smart casual, many were dressed well. Italian themed, I had eggplant stuffed ravioli (excellent), and my wife had beef over pasta (sort of an italian goulash for lack of a better description), also excellent). We shared an antipasto consisting of assorted cold cuts (they were just ok) and cheeses (they were very good). Also, a very nice dessert menu. Service and staff were wonderful and accommodating The total without drinks was $104.00, and very worth it. There's a waterway outside which connects to CityWalk (via a ferry) and it's very nice to sit at the water after your meal. They even validated parking (which otherwise, would have been something like $25.00 !) All in all, a great place to impress your date !

  The outdoor views are amazing, but the inside is also very nice. Loved the live grand piano playing in the background. The service is great and so is the food. Wine selection is vast and server knows how to recommend a good one based on taste. They even gave a free birthday desert which I did not expect. Wonderful experience all around.

  We went on valentine's day. What a mistake. The kitchen feel far behind resulting in a 3 hour meal. Once we finally revived our entrées both the break and chicken were so over cooked they were inedible.
